 Please contact us at with: the name of the product, the lot number, the expiration date, and all information about your reaction. It is important to gather information about your reaction to help us comply with the Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug Consumer Protection Act and to help us look for trends that  indicate a product should be investigated, withdrawn, or recalled. We take all reports of negative  reactions very seriously and are committed to protecting you. Gifted Nutrition will always offer an in-store credit or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase! 

Placing/Editing an Order

 When a product is on backorder, it means that it is currently out of stock. As soon as we receive a new shipment of that product, we will send out your order. Once it is shipped, you will be emailed your  tracking information. 
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact as soon as possible. We ship orders  same-business-day if the order is placed before 4pm. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will refund you and cancel your  order. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may return the unopened product for a full refund,  exchange, or store credit. Please note that your refund does not include the cost of shipping.
 Please contact Customer Support at to resolve this. If your order has not  been shipped out, we will go ahead and change the shipping address for you. 
 Currently we are only able to accept website orders that will be delivered to the continental US. However,  in some circumstances, we may be able to ship to your country or let you know where you can purchase  Gifted Nutrition products in your country. We will always lead you to a registered and official Gifted  Nutrition reseller. 
 We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as PayPal and Google Wallet. 
 We calculate the least expensive shipping method based on the weight and dimensions of your package, the shipping  method chosen, and your zip code. Orders with ground shipping should arrive within 5 business days. 
 Once your order is shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking information. If you did not receive this email, please  check your spam box. You can also use your order number and email address to track your package with with the  “Track My Order” button at the top of our homepage. 
 Please use the tracking number provided to estimate when your package will arrive. If you have not received your order within the  expected time frame, please contact Customer Support at
  • Products that qualify for a return are items that were shipped incorrectly (i.e., wrong item delivered), defective or damaged items, or products that arrived after the expiration date. We apologize, but we cannot accept a return for issues with taste or if you do not like the results from a product. If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, we can either issue a refund to your method of payment, or we can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The refund issued or in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any restocking fees or shipping fees charged for delivery.
  • If the item is in the original manufactures' packing and unopened, then it may qualifies for a return.
  • If you placed the order for the item more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we are unable to accept the return.
  • If a clothing item doesn't fit properly and is not worn or damaged, we'll gladly issue an in-store credit to your account for a different size, but must charge for the shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement right away,
  • If you decide a product you ordered within the last 30 days isn't what you need and you haven't opened it, we can issue a refund, send a replacement, or award in-store credit to use towards a future purchase. To process the return, please contact us by email at or 1-844-344-3833; provide your name, the order number, the reason for returning the product, and if you prefer a replacement item, a refund, or an in-store credit.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number when returning the item to our warehouse so you can be sure it arrives. We cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
