Phillip “The Gift” Heath (born December 18, 1979 in Seattle, Washington) is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder and the reigning 5 time Mr. Olympia titleholder. He began his career as an athlete playing basketball on full scholarship with the NCAA Division 1, University of Denver. His hours spent in the weight rooms of Division 1 NCAA campuses sparked what became a lifelong passion for self-improvement and bodybuilding. Conor Dwyer is a competition swimmer and Olympic Gold Medalist competing for the US Men’s Swim Team. Hailing from Winnetka, Illinois, Conor swam collegiately for both the University of Iowa Hawkeyes as well as the University of Florida Gators. Conor graduated as a Florida Gator in 2011 finishing up his collegiate career with 12 All American Honors and 3 National titles. Conor is currently training for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

She loves helping others accomplish their fitness goals and teaching about wellness and nutrition. Monique started her fitness career in figure competitions in November of 2007. She competed and won her first figure competition, which landed her into nationals. In 2009, she switched over to a new division the IFBB league introduced, Bikini, where she turned pro after competing only a year at USA’s Vegas in July of that year. Since then Monique Ricardo has been featured in many national fitness magazines’ spreads and covers. Flex Magazine named Monique as one of the ten hottest fitness girls of all time. She also competed in the first ever Mrs. Bikini Olympia, where she placed 8th.
